WeddingSimplified ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Daniel Gosling, ABN 50 767 719 891, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We provide digital wedding planning products, tools, and subscription services via weddingsimplified.com ("the Site").
By purchasing a product or subscribing to any plan on this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Products and Digital Delivery
WeddingSimplified sells digital products (PDF guides, planning templates, spreadsheets, and related tools). Key terms for digital delivery:
- All products are delivered digitally via email or secure download link within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Ensure you enter a valid email address.
- Digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may print products for personal use but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with others.
- If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at [email protected].
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all one-time product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order email address and a brief description of your reason.
4. Product Plans
WeddingSimplified is a single one-off purchase — there are no recurring monthly subscriptions.
- WeddingSimplified — AUD $99 (one-time): The complete wedding planning toolkit — budget tracker, vendor checklists, timeline and seating planners, day-of run-sheets, contract templates and supplier-question scripts — plus PocketPlanner, the built-in AI wedding planning companion. Access begins on purchase and continues through your wedding date. Your account is automatically archived 30 days after your wedding date. The fee is a single charge, not a subscription.
By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the one-off amount shown at checkout. Payment processing terms are described in Section 5.
- No recurring billing: WeddingSimplified does not store your payment method for repeat charges, and we do not auto-renew. Each purchase is a single transaction.
- PocketPlanner archive: If you reactivate access after your wedding-day archive (for an anniversary plan, vow renewal, or similar), reactivation may carry a separate one-off charge described at that time.
- Refunds for digital downloads are governed by Section 3 (Refund Policy) and the Australian Consumer Law.
- We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases only and do not affect access you have already purchased.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and within our products — including text, graphics, templates, spreadsheets, checklists, guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of Daniel Gosling / WeddingSimplified and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased products for your own personal wedding planning.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our products without our prior written consent.
- Sharing login credentials or product download links with others is a breach of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and completeness:
- We do not guarantee that our products will meet every individual's specific wedding planning needs.
- Wedding planning involves third-party vendors, venues, and services outside our control. We are not responsible for vendor performance, pricing changes, or external events affecting your wedding.
- Our products do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, all implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the ACL.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingSimplified's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site or purchasing our products, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
